RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sovren Wear, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, we’ve got you.

Return & Exchange Options

You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
All returns are subject to:

• A 10% handling fee deducted from the refund amount

• Return shipping at the customer’s expense

• Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly message us directly on WhatsApp at +254 114 056 708 with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original M-Pesa number or payment method within 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Worn or washed products

• Final sale items

• Custom orders or personalised garments
